Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks + ADP)
Location: Greensboro, NC (on-site, flexible hours)
We’re also seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support one of our valued clients in the Greensboro area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with strong skills in QuickBooks Online and ADP payroll .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks , including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process payroll via ADP
- Track and categorize expenses and revenues
- Generate monthly financial reports for management review
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings
- Communicate with vendors, employees, and management regarding financial matters
