Key Responsibilities:
- Design Interpretation: Work closely with product development teams to interpret and transform furniture concepts into functional designs.
- Pattern Creation: Develop and create accurate patterns for cushions and fabric cutting, ensuring each design meets our high-quality standards.
- Material Coordination: Partner with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient procurement of the necessary materials for production.
- Quality Control: Regularly assess product quality at various stages of development to maintain consistency and craftsmanship throughout the production process.
- Sample & Production Development: Create detailed samples and production pieces, paying close attention to design accuracy and quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe software tools.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in furniture design or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
