Job Duties
- Production Manager will Lead and supervise production team members, including operators and setup technicians.
- Manufacturing Manager will Prioritize safety — enforce company safety policies, participate in audits and incident investigations.
- Production Supervisor will Ensure products meet quality specifications through monitoring and corrective actions.
- Manufacturing Supervisor will Manage shift production schedules, monitor metrics, and maintain documentation.
- Production Manager will Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Engineering, and HR to address issues and drive process improvements.
- Manufacturing Manager will Champion continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other efficiency projects.
- Production Supervisor will Train and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and coach for growth.
- Manufacturing Supervisor will Foster a positive, performance-focused, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing and production
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- SOP knowledge a plus!
