Job Requirements of Machine Operator (Night Shift):
- Always prioritize safety in the workplace.
- Load rolls for coating and lamination.
- Review process specifications and set up the machine accordingly, ensuring that hot cans are clean.
- Document and report any quality issues with uncoated or coated fabric.
- Complete computer transactions and maintain tracking records.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization to promote a safe work environment.
- Record any changes in machine settings on the process checklist.
- Ensure materials are available and properly organized.
- Clean rubber rolls and the machine using rags, scrapers, and solvent.
- Inspect fabric for quality issues and inform the shift manager or supervisor as needed.
- Accurately fill out production and downtime reports, and complete process check sheets.
- Cut fabric swatches for laboratory testing as specified in the process guidelines.
- Maintain an adequate supply of chemicals for coating and lamination.
- Properly label and wrap each processed roll.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Finishing Manager.
- Participate in cross-training for at least one other area to remain effective during periods of low volume.

Machine Operator (Night Shift)
Our client, located in the heart of Kernersville, is seeking machine operators for their night shift. The qualified candidate will operate a lamination machine, which is a physically demanding position where movement and placement of large rolls is required. The shift is Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am.
