Job Requirements of Forklift Driver (12-Hour Shift):
Essential Duties:
- Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload trailers.
- Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Supply the production floor with appropriate levels of raw materials throughout the shift.
- Accurately pack orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Oversee daily shipping operations, including product inspection, packaging, and outbound shipments.
- Conduct regular reviews of raw and finished goods inventory through reports and scheduled cycle counts.
- Support the team in meeting production and quality standards consistently.
Job Qualifications:
- Recent experience operating sit-down forklifts.
- Proven track record of reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and remain standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet production standards.

Forklift Driver (12-Hour Shift)
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced forklift drivers for our client in Winston-Salem. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent forklift experience and the ability to work overtime as required. This position works a 12-hour shift from 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am, on a 2-2-3 schedule.
