Qualifications, Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required and 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Performs work under general supervision
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook preferred
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written)
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays
- Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and wear PPE.

Production Lead
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line operations and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm (OT to 1am) M-F
$21.00/hr
Essential Duties and Tasks

- Lead employees to achieve production tasks assigned by management
- Operate machinery, box truck, forklift, and other equipment and tools when necessary
- Ensure quality control, safety and company policies/procedures are followed
- Assist operators with machine issues
- Ensure operators have all materials needed to do their job
- Complete production cards
- Assist with coaching employees
- All other duties as assigned
