Job Requirements of Machine Operator / 2nd and 3rd shifts:
- in a Job Duties:
- Start machines, monitor operations, and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect products to ensure that specifications are met and to determine if machines need adjustment.
- Notify supervisors or repair staff of mechanical malfunctions.
- Inspect machinery to determine whether repairs are needed.
- Record information about work completed and machine settings.
- Install, level, and align machine operation components such as gears, chains, guides, dies, cutters, or needles to set up machinery for operation.
- Adjust machine heating mechanisms, tensions, and speeds to produce specified products.

Machine Operator / 2nd and 3rd shifts
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our client in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent machine operating experience and the ability to work overtime as required. 2nd and 3rd shifts available / 8 hour shift. Temp to Hire!
Job Requirements:
- Proven record of great attendance.
- Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Able to work in a tobacco-free environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 35lbs. throughout shift.
- At least 2 years of recent machine operation experience.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to meet production/quality standards.
