Job Duties
- Lead and supervise production team members, including operators and setup technicians.
- Prioritize safety — enforce company safety policies, participate in audits and incident investigations.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications through monitoring and corrective actions.
- Manage shift production schedules, monitor metrics, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Engineering, and HR to address issues and drive process improvements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other efficiency projects.
- Train and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and coach for growth.
- Foster a positive, performance-focused, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing (preferably in food processing).
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Food Manufacturing Supervisor
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for our client in Burlington. This position is responsible for leading a team on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work 12pm-9pm, with overtime as required.
