Job Requirements of Industrial Maintenance Technicians:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and respond to breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors, production personnel, and other maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, PLCs, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
