Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warehouse worker will Check equipment and machinery to verify that they are clean.
• Verify the ingredients for each batch of product each production day.
• Warehouse worker will Follow the directions on the batch sheet (product specific).
• Control the HDMI screen throughout the day according to the batch sheet.
• Warehouse worker will Control steam (Temp) and mixer speeds.
• Take a sample of the product each day for QA testing.
• Warehouse worker will Help with the packing process when needed.
• Clean the Kettles at the end of the production run.
• Warehouse worker will Prepare the used/dirty Kettles for a cleaning or disposal.
• Administer the CIP process.
• Warehouse worker will Help clean the floor and/or put up parts after they have been cleaned from the parts sink.
• Clean valves on machine/s.
• Warehouse worker will Drive a forklift in order to move product.
• Communicate with colleagues regarding disposition of product so flow of product is not disrupted by break and lunch times.

Job Requirements:

• Warehouse worker must be Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively through out entire shift.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, walking up stairs and/or ladders, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Warehouse worker must be Able to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines.
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse worker will also be Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment.
• Warehouse worker will Perform other duties as directed by management and leadership.

Mandatory Job Qualifications:

• Previous production manufacturing experience - at least one year required!
• Food processing experience preferred!
