Job Requirements of Wealth Associate:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Update quarterly FI360 monitoring reports for qualified/nonqualified plans
Assist in the binding of materials and reports as needed
Field incoming emails and calls for service-related tasks
Assist in preparation of financial plans by using eMoney financial planning software
Prepare paperwork/forms for new business and/or service-related business
Onboard/set up new client accounts
Execute trades in client accounts when needed
Organize and maintain client files, tasks and database
Post and maintain social media presence (roughly 1 post a week)
Collect mail from PO Box 2 days/week & process outgoing mail
Manage office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements
Degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years’ experience
FINRA Series 6 Certified
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with individuals of the
company and with our clients
Ability to perform confidential responsibilities using a high level of professionalism
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with tight
deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively with a wide range of tasks
Preference for knowledge of eMoney, Wealthbox , & AssetMark or similar trading software Compensation

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an administrative service professional with a financial services background who has the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the and investment advisory firm while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects.
