- Special requirements: Manufacturing technicians independently set up and operate various moderately complex manufacturing equipment that requires specialized skill or expertise.
- Manufacturing Technicians possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Manufacturing Technicians are capable of proficiency on all types of equipment and setup of equipment used in department within 60 days of hire
- Manufacturing Technicians are Proficient in all aspects of inspection gages for the area after training period end and have the ability to train other employees
- Manufacturing Technicians maintain a safe workplace for themselves and fellow team members via compliance of safety policies and procedures
- Manufacturing technicians produce products in timely manner while following all Quality system requirements
- Manufacturing Technicians have Strong verbal and written communication
- Manufacturing Technicians are forklift-certification capable
- Manufacturing Technicians are proficient in all aspects of paperwork for the area within 30 days.
- Manufacturing Technicians have the ability to train team members
- Manufacturing Technicians possess the ability to lead Lean events and high-performance teams as required and the ability to train team on Lean methodology
- Manufacturing Technicians participate in 5S activities per Manager request
- Manufacturing Technicians troubleshoot problems as they arise. Strong problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing Technicians must be able to work and thrive in a team environment.
- Manufacturing Technicians must be able to work overtime when required, including weekends.
- Manufacturing technicians complete other assignments as assigned by Management

We are seeking several skilled Machine Operators and/or Manufacturing Technicians for our client located in Greensboro. Direct-hire roles!!
This role involves managing the operation of production equipment to ensure an efficient and seamless workflow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a manufacturing setting
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:
- Citizenship: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Vision: 20/25 vision corrected or uncorrected
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- Communication: For safety and quality, must be able to read, write & understand English
- Mechanical Aptitude: High
- Strong Math skills – three-digit addition and subtraction, multiple-digit multiplication and division.
- Converting fractions to decimals.
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
