Job Requirements of Quality Control Technician:
Job Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of product at various stages of production, including raw material checks, in-process inspections, and final product evaluations.
- Perform tests to measure film properties such as thickness, strength, shrink ratio, clarity, and overall quality.
- Record and analyze data from inspections and testing, identifying any deviations or defects.
- Utilize precision measuring tooling such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and volt meters.
- Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate quality control records and reports in SAP system.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for product non-conformance.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and production efficiency.
- Report findings to the Quality Control Manager and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Must be flexible to work rotating weekends.
- Experience using precision measurement equipment.
- Root cause analysis and Auditing experience.
- SAP software experience preferred.

Quality Control Technician
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician for our manufacturing client in Browns Summit. Individuals who apply need to have excellent attention to detail and experience with precision measurement tools. To be considered for this position, candidates must be available to train 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday, before moving to 3pm-11pm OR 11pm-7am.
