Partner with inventory and procurement teams to recommend cost-saving material substitutions and specification updates.
Troubleshoot production and assembly issues, providing technical support and detailed checklists for assembly workers.

Refrigerant Engineer
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Refrigerant Engineer for a well established Triad based company. This role will be responsible for developing and improving tooling, optimizing manufacturing processes, mitigating risks, and conducting value stream mapping to drive operational efficiency.
