Job Overview


Our client in Greensboro is seeking an individual to support patients with billing-related questions and concerns, follow up on outstanding accounts, and establish payment arrangements when necessary. This is a temp-to-hire position on 1st shift, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. The position is hybrid, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday being the in-office days

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to client guidelines, to resolve outstanding billing issues.
  • Provide assistance to patients with any billing inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer service and effectively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Strictly follow organizational standards and procedures in all tasks.
  • Review account details to confirm proper follow-up actions and contact are carried out.
  • Record all relevant information in the agency’s system.
  • Consistently comply with policies and procedures as detailed in the employee handbook, along with any additional operational guidelines.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment through personal example.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
