Warehouse/Packing/Production

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking several dedicated and detail-oriented Trimmer/Packers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.

Temp to hire.

1st shift: 8am-4:30pm M-F

$15/hour

Location: Reidsville, NC 27320

Must be able to read a ruler / measurements.

Must be able to provide excellent attendance.

• Efficiently pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools and measuring tools as needed for packing operations.
• Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper labeling of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse using forklifts when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic math and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience working on an assembly line or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
