Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support in both English and another language. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Shift: This will be an 8-hour shift working between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm
Pay: Pay ranges between $15-$23 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist clients in both English and a second language, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using office software.
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Type detailed notes during customer interactions to ensure all information is captured accurately.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
