Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Estimator for a new opportunity with a client located in the High Point area. Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, assessing project requirements, and preparing accurate cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have
experience using estimating software.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using estimating software.
- Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure
- accurate estimates.
- Provide support during the bidding process.
- Provide accurate take-offs and for door frames and hardware.
- Participate in project meetings to provide cost estimates and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and change orders.
