- Work closely with the sales team, clients, and other design professionals to create estimates for job time, labor, and material costs.
- Ability to read project plans and renderings to create accurate job costs.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy
- Manage bids and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
- Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including quotes, plans, and engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 2+ years of experience in the related field
- Ability to read and understand architectural floor plans and elevations
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, as well as individually based on the project needs
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Project Estimator for a new opening with our client, a well-established construction firm located in the Greensboro area. The Project Estimator should have at least 3 years of experience in quoting of projects and reviewing building plans.
