Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience is preferred but will consider a motivated beginner
- Associate degree or more is desirable in construction or construction engineering related fields, additional training is a plus, specifically in computer/software
- Effective computer skills; Familiarity with working in a technical environment
- Communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to enable clear and effective interaction with individuals inside and outside the Company
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and work productively in a high-volume environment

Estimator/Coordinator (Construction)
Advanced Personnel Resources is partnering with a well-known general contractor in Greensboro, NC. We are hiring an Estimator/Coordinator (Construction) to join their Team! Our client established their organization over 40 years ago and prides themselves on integrity, quality and company culture. They offer an excellent benefits package room for growth and competitive compensation.
We are seeking candidates who have 3+ years of prior experience supporting lead estimators within the construction industry. High School Diploma required with a 2-year Degree preferred.
Job Requirements:

- Provide administrative support to the Estimating Team
- Updating bid schedules
- Perform detailed searches for new projects to bid
- Setting up quote folders and running bids
- Attending bid meetings
- Assist with putting together RFQ's
