Job Requirements of Textile Sewer:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sew all types of textiles, including woven fabrics, polyester, vinyl, velvet, and leather
- Consistently sew ½-inch seams on both straight and curved lines
- Sew zippers and other closures as required
- Follow production specifications, patterns, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience sewing a variety of textiles (industrial or home sewing experience accepted)
- Ability to sew straight and curved seams accurately
- Experience sewing zippers preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow instructions
Training:
- On-the-job training provided for sewing each specific furniture cover style
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Use of industrial sewing machines

Job Title: Sewer / Industrial Sewing Operator
Pay: $20 - $21 per hour
Shift: 1st - 6:30a-3:45p M-Th / 6:30a-12p Fri
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sewer to join our production team. This role is responsible for sewing a variety of textiles to produce high-quality furniture covers. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can sew consistently accurate seams, and is comfortable working with different materials. Training will be provided on specific furniture cover styles and processes.
