Job Requirements of Mixer Operator:
Key Responsibilities:
- Load products onto processing platforms.
- Operate the kettle equipment.
- Organize and stack finished products on pallets for the following day's use.
- Prepare and operate the Urschel Chopper Machine.
- Process solid materials using the chopper.
- Transport barrels containing solids outside.
- Line tubs with plastic bags before product packing.
- Perform product packaging duties.
- Remove and dispose of waste.
- Sanitize the chopper machine.
- Clean gray barrels thoroughly.
Position Requirements:
- Must be capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Physically fit to perform duties that include extended periods of standing, sitting, bending, lifting, kneeling, stair climbing, and other job-related tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a team and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic production environment.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols when using tools, machinery, and services.
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisory or management staff, including the Production Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, VP of Operations (or their delegates).

Our client in Burlington is seeking a Mixer Operator on first shift. This position is Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2:30pm on a temp-to-hire basis. The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of machine operating experience and a consistent work history.
