Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Part-time)
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a direct hire opportunity with a growing company in the Greensboro area. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, customer-focused, bilingual, and comfortable handling inbound intake/customer service calls.
This role will train onsite for approximately the first month. After training, employees will transition to working from home or from a designated workspace of their choosing.
Schedule Options
Day Shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening Shift:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19 per hour
Part-time employees may have the opportunity to move into full-time roles in the future.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and assistance by phone and chat. Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound customer support calls and chats regarding new and existing accounts
- Assist customers with billing questions, account setup, payments, account access, and related inquiries
- Provide accurate information and work toward first-call resolution
- Document customer interactions and update account information using internal systems
- Create tickets for technical support when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of customer account information
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-focused approach with customers
