Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced customer service representative with a background in project management. Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating installations, updating customers and ensuring projects run smoothly. 

Job Duties:

  • Managing customers once purchase has been completed
  • Schedule installations to ensure all guidelines are met 
  • Coordinate necessary hookups including natural gas and electricity
  • Ensure all needed permits have been requested
  • Update customers weekly on status of project 
  • Update internal database system with all updates on project
  • Coordinate with internal staff when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to manage a large project load
  • Superior communication skills
  • Experience with installations highly preferred
