Responsibilities

  • Manage all front desk operations for the company by answering incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, directing all call to appropriate parties, and greeting all visitors with a friendly professional demeanor
  • Manage calendars which includes scheduling meetings, arranging travel and book conference rooms
  • Heavy use of MS Excel for data input and reporting
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to management
  • Assist in planning and organizing special projects and events
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Accounts payable or Receivable experience
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Other administrative duties as needed. 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven accounts payable /receivable experience
  • Familiarity with Bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks helpful
  • Aptitude for number
  • Well organized
