Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator of an open temp to hire opportunity here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment assisting on projects.

Job Duties:

Answer all incoming phone calls

Process and sort daily mail

Prepare reports and presentations for different management teams

Mail and send via USPS and FedEx

Maintain company email and update company contact list

Assist with all necessary office filing

Update and maintain company calendars with important events

Assist with planning and scheduling for events

Assist accounting department with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast pace environment

Superior communication skills

Ability to multitask

Heightened attention to detail

Minimum of 1 year experience working within an accounting department

Competent in Microsoft Office especially excel
