Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for professionals that have 3+ years of administrative support.  We have clients located in Greensboro and High Point who have immediate hiring needs. 

Job Duties: 

  • Provide administrative support to a busy office by answering incoming calls, scan and file documents, greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments and customer service
  • Assist the accounting department with coding invoices and matching them to purchase orders 
  • Assist with coordinating meetings for management and manage calendars for several department managers 
  • Assist with processing expense reports monthly 
  • Assist with planning company events for employees and client interactions 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required 
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support in a busy fast paced office environment 
  • Experience managing calendars in MS Outlook and coordinating events 
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required 
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Detail oriented 
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize task to meet deadlines
