Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for qualified candidates who have 3-5 years of administrative support experience.

Job Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate persons as requested
  • Greet all visitors with a professional demeanor upon their arrival
  • Assist with filing of accounting documents
  • Assist accounting with processing invoices and data entry of invoices
  • Maintain calendars and scheduling of meetings for management personnel
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Professional demeanor and exposure to work in an environment as the first point of contact
