Job Description

Basic Functions:  Plan and develop methods and procedures in the administration areas of company’s operations.  Assist in the area of personnel and payroll and front desk.  Review systems and maintain uniformity in operations systems, reports, policies, and programs. 

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Close and lock office daily.

  2. Maintain and organize front office area. 

  3. Prepare operational and human resources reports.

  4. Set up and maintain company work order and planned maintenance systems. 

  5. Create work orders for customer concerns and requests.

  6. Assist in recruiting and the hiring process for front line labor.

  7. Communicate operational concerns to appropriate manager/supervisor.

  8. Review timekeeping records and assist in the preparation of payroll. 

  9. Maintain receptionist desk and answer the phone.

  10. Translate documents and interpret for Spanish speaking employees.

  11. Make adjustments to timekeeping records as needed.

  12. Assist employees in supply distribution and pick up.

  13. Receive packages and shipments.

  14. Participate in weekly and monthly operational meetings.

  15. Develop working knowledge of operations systems and participate in improving and creating effective systems.

  16. Maintain operations filing systems, forms, procedures, and policies.

  17. Perform other such duties as required by Office Manager.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma required

  • Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Organized and detail oriented
