Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for experienced customer service representatives that speak fluent English and Spanish.  The hours are from 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday. 


The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining goodwill between our organization and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing advice or assistance for the services of the organization.


  • Initiate a detailed call-in while assisting customers with inquiries concerning billing, setting up accounts, making payments, blocking, unblocking, etc.
  • Initiate tickets to Technical Support Department to assist customers that are not able to receive calls or with dropped calls.
  • Maintain a 90% availability of time to assist customers on the phone
  • Maintain talk time average at/or less than 3 minutes.
  • Perform various clerical duties as assigned.
  • Other projects as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required 
  • 2-3 years of call center/customer service experience 
  • Must speak fluent Spanish 
  • Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Word and Excel 
  • Ability to use CRM software for documenting inbound calls 
  • Ability to work one Saturday a month and the hours from 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
  • Strong data entry skills required 
  • Detail oriented
