Job Description

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):



  • Assisting our Spanish speaking customers with identifying parts numbers, pricing, and availability by phone, email, fax, web portal or other method of contact

  • Assist customers with emergency situations, such as breakdowns, and coordinate with customers,   service technicians and shipping department as needed in order to resolve issues quickly

  • Enter customer orders in SAP software and provide order confirmations

  • Invoice orders through SAP software

  • Prepare shipping documents (including import and export documentation), labels, and schedule shipments

  • Prepare correspondence in Word

  • Use advanced spreadsheet functions to download SAP information to Excel and prepare customer reports (includes use of Vlookup, filters, sorts and formulas).

  • Provide quotations for individual parts, changeover kits and special projects

  • Coordinate with other departments such as shipping and receiving, service and manufacturing to insure customer satisfaction

  • Assist in obtaining technical direction for customer as needed

  • Assist in inventory control as needed

  • Work with colleagues in Germany to provide technical information as needed by customers

Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish 

  • 3+ years of customer service experience 

  • High School Diploma required 

  • SAP experience a plus 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

  • Knowledge of parts and inventory a huge plus 

  • Organized

  • Detail oriented
