Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Greensboro area. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing company. Ideal candidates will have a background in front office receptionist work, answering emails, assisting with shipping and handling a large volume of correspondences.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer all inbound phone calls

  • Monitor employee attendance

  • Translate both verbal and written correspondences

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail including shipping

  • Assist with booking travel arrangements

  • Translate and assist with sales when needed

  • Assist with basic office supply procurement

Job Requirements

  • Fluent with verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

  • Associates degree preferred

  • 1-3 Years’ experience in a receptionist style position

  • Experience with multi line phone system

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
