Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Greensboro area. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing company. Ideal candidates will have a background in front office receptionist work, answering emails, assisting with shipping and handling a large volume of correspondences.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Answer all inbound phone calls

·         Monitor employee attendance

·         Translate both verbal and written correspondences

·         Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail including shipping

·         Assist with booking travel arrangements

·         Translate and assist with sales when needed

·         Assist with basic office supply procurement

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

·         Fluent with verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

·         Associates degree preferred

·         1-3 Years’ experience in a receptionist style position

·         Experience with multi line phone system

·         Highly organized and detail oriented

·         Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
