Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced bilingual customer service representatives to work with a fortune 500 client in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of call center experience preferable in a parts or manufacturing environment. This is a bilingual position and all candidates must be proficient in Spanish and English.


Job Duties:


·         Assist with troubleshooting customers’ needs in an accurate manor to secure future business.


·         Enter detailed notes on all phone calls to create transcript of all phone calls.


·         Accept and process online credit card payments.


·         Use internal database to determine best locations for parts deliveries to provide the best customer service.


·         Ensure all promises to customers are obtainable by the company.


·         Listen to all customer complaints and concerns and determine suitable solutions.


·         Build a strong team dynamic by discussing internal problems and providing solutions to better assist customers.

Job Requirements

·         Proficiency in Spanish and English required.


·         A minimum of three years call center experience or highly intensive customer service environment.


·         Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm with 100% accuracy.


·         Proven ability to work in a face pace environment.


·         Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on organizing.


·         Ability to multi-task.


·         Strong Written and Verbal skills in both English and Spanish.


·         Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision.
