Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced bilingual customer service representatives to work with large client in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of call center experience preferable in a parts or manufacturing environment. This is a bilingual position and all candidates must be proficient in Spanish and English.

Job Duties:

· Assist with troubleshooting customers’ needs in an accurate manor to secure future business.

· Enter detailed notes on all phone calls to create transcript of all phone calls.

· Accept and process online credit card payments.

· Use internal database to determine best locations for parts deliveries to provide the best customer service.

· Ensure all promises to customers are obtainable by the company.

· Listen to all customer complaints and concerns and determine suitable solutions.

· Build a strong team dynamic by discussing internal problems and providing solutions to better assist customers.

Job Requirements

· Proficiency in Spanish and English required.

· A minimum of three years call center experience or highly intensive customer service environment.

· Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm with 100% accuracy.

· Proven ability to work in a face pace environment.

· Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on organizing.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Strong Written and Verbal skills in both English and Spanish.

· Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision.
