Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 

Billing Coordinator

Responsibilities will include:

•         Correspond with drivers / dispatch office to verify order details.

•         Verify and input order details for scheduled loads.

•         Finalize details and create invoices for customers.

•         Correspond with customers / management to resolve billing discrepancies / errors.

•         Finalize driver settlements for submission to payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of accounting/billing experience
  • Associate's Degree is preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Experience in the transportation industry preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Organized 
  • Ability to work independently
