- Skilled blue print reading
- Experience using Go/No-go gages, calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages and concentricity gages to inspect
- Demonstrated knowledge of G, D &T
- Preventative maintenance (changing filters & proper disposals, adding coolant & lube)
- Ability to load bars into bar feeders contingent upon part
- Ability to reset bar feeders and restart programs
- Ability to ensure coolant lines are properly set and flowing
- Ability to demonstrate safe manual deburring techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot broken or worn tooling including drills
- Ability to perform all tool changes and reset geometry
- Ability to use pre-setter to set tooling
- Ability to understand tool layouts
- Demonstrate manufacturing problem solving and escalation
- Ability to weight count parts correctly/accurately
- Ability to find tool wear and make offsets and adjustments correctly without supervision
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures
- Robotic experience preferred
