Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently looking for multiple strong candidates for a contract position for one of our largest apparel companies hear in the triad. This position will be responsible for answering inquiries, managing complaints and ensuring that all customers are fully satisfied. This is a contract position through the holidays to help with excess call volume.


Job Duties:



  • Answer all customer inquiries, complaints and requests through multiple communication medians

  • Maintain a superior level of knowledge on multiple product lines, promotions and special sales events

  • Walk customers through placement of orders

  • Update and process exchanges and refunds

Job Requirements

Requirements:



  • Must have 2 years of experience in high end customer service call center environment

  • Must have High School Diploma

  • Ability to work a rotating schedule between 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 10am-5PM

  • Ability to work during all holidays
