Contracts Administrator - Austin TX


Our client, a well-established and growing  construction company in the Austin area has an expansion position for a Contracts Administrator.  The desired candidate for this opportunity will have a background with Accounts Receivable, Client Contracts, Payroll/Monthly Billing, at least 3 years of experience, and a stable work history. Job Duties:

  • Weekly reporting
  • Maintain and update customer database as needed
  • Invoice Processing, Monthly Progress Billing and Credit Memos
  • Review and assessments of contracts for signatures, sales tax discrepancies, contract amounts, etc.
  • Processing of certified payroll documents for company employees; assisting with subcontractors certified payrolls
  • Submission of items requested per client contract (Certificates of Insurance, bonds, schedule of values)
  • Monthly review of all past due receivables with company controller as relates to Lien deadlines
  • Support company receptionist with administrative duties




Job Requirements

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years of similar experience
  • AIA Billing
  • Certified Payroll experience
  • Experience with collections
