Corporate Human Resources Manager

Our client, an international industry leader with operations in the Triad (central NC) has an immediate need for a Corporate HR Manager. 

Position Overview:

The Corporate HR Manager plays a key role in sourcing and retaining top talent and assisting in the development and delivery of programs, processes and activities to support the company’s employer of choice strategy. This position is also responsible for providing HR support and consult to Corporate management team on people matters pertaining to policy interpretation, regulatory/compliance, recruitment, diversity, performance management, organizational design, terminations and succession planning. Will ensure continuous improvement of HR processes, including execution and delivery of key initiatives, reporting, and measuring success. Will conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent, maintaining effective programs to support retention, promotion and succession planning. Oversees a staff of three direct reports.

Job Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent experience. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR generalist and/or HR management experience.
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment is preferred. 
  • Recruitment experience is also preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with HRIS. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
