Our client, a growing and well established industry leader with corporate headquarters in Greensboro, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Recruiter.


Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of talent acquisition throughout the organization, including sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruiting. Top candidates will have experience with developing local and national recruiting plans, leveraging traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and attend job fairs
  • Manage external recruiting or staffing help when needed
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
  • Build networks and use social media to find qualified passive candidates
  • Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit passive candidates
  • Provide leadership in the areas of talent sourcing and strategic outreach
  • Monitor requisition system to ensure it is utilized correctly by managers
  • Source top level talent using both traditional and creative recruiting methods
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
  • Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position responsibilities, and answer candidate questions
  • Phone screen and provide an initial evaluation of top candidates to hiring managers
  • Facilitate the development of screening assessments for candidates to complete to prove their skill mastery for creative roles
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates as needed
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data and documentation
  • Perform and document thorough professional reference checks
  • Occasional travel for job fairs may be required.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
  • 3 - 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, creative, high energy corporate environment. Preferred experience in recruiting Creative, Strategy, Technical and Senior Level Management candidates - preferably in a Digital Agency
  • Solid history of delivering high quality professionals at all levels while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Experience with Ultipro HRIS system is a plus.
