Looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Greensboro, NC area. The ideal candidate will have a background in the following:

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
1. Correspond with customers in a professional and courteous manner and within limits established by the client.
2. Assist customers with billing issues and / or concerns, while providing excellent customer service and resolve customer issues that may arise.
3. Adhere to the client's policies.
4. Carefully follow work standards and procedures. 
5. Document all contact information in the agency system.
6. Constant adherence with all corporate policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook and any other procedural process of the organization.
7. Teamwork through example.
8. Other duties as assigned based on department's needs.
 
9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the client . This may include weekends, holidays, inclement weather.
