Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking recent graduates with a degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting for an opportunity with one of our clients in Winston Salem. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the financial field and be looking for a long term career.



Job Duties:



•         Review and verify invoices



•         Manage check requisitions



•         Monitor and process expense reports including approval to cut checks for employees



•         Prepare analysis reports on vendors and monthly financials



•         Update and maintain vendor profiles



•         Monitor account payments to ensure there is no outstanding debt



•         Correspond with vendors and other team members



•         Prepare and perform daily check runs

Job Requirements

Requirements:



•         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics



•         Superior attention to detail



•         Excellent organization skills



•         Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience



•         Superior communication skills both written and verbal
