Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking recent graduates with a degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting for an opportunity with one of our clients in Winston Salem. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the financial field and be looking for a long term career.



Job Duties:


·         Review and verify invoices


·         Manage check requisitions


·         Monitor and process expense reports including approval to cut checks for employees


·         Prepare analysis reports on vendors and monthly financials


·         Update and maintain vendor profiles


·         Monitor account payments to ensure there is no outstanding debt


·         Correspond with vendors and other team members


·         Prepare and perform daily check runs


Job Requirements

Requirements:


·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics


·         Superior attention to detail


·         Excellent organization skills


·         Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience


·         Superior communication skills both written and verbal
