Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Administrative professional with experience working in the furniture industry. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting a C-Level executive with both personal and work needs. This is a wonderful opportunity with an international company.  Job Duties:

  • Help support CEO/Owner with all necessary travel needs
  • Manage calendar and update necessary personal of changes in appointments
  •  Prepare and update reports
  • Process information within Great Plains
  • Update and prepare business correspondences
  • Communicate both externally and internally with high level stakeholders internationally
  • Purchase and send gifts to  necessary personnel
  • Handling wholesale needs, catalogs and necessary business changes

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years executive assistant experience
  • Must have experience in the furniture industry
  • Must be able to work flexible hours 
  • Superior communication skills both written and orally
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
