Finance Account Manager


Our client, an industry leader, has an immediate opening for a Finance Account Manager.  Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the Finance Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Responding to strategic partner’s (clients, brokers, vendors) calls, requests and inquiries.
  • Ensuring accurate billing and reporting distributed for medical, dental, cobra, and anxillary service lines.
  • Managing system program changes for new clients and client renewals.
  • Reviewing and providing compliance with client contracts.
  • Providing direction and oversight to two billing specialists.
  • 5500 preparation for clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-4 year’s self-funded group insurance.
  • Knowledge of stop loss insurance.
  • Working knowledge of Luminx and Wex funding systems (preferred) or claims administration products.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Medium to high level of experience in Excel.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Demonstrated research and analysis abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team

  • Excellent problem solving skills.
