Financial Reporting Analyst / Manager

OPENING DUE TO PROMOTION!  Our client, an international corporation with headquarters in the Triad (central NC), has an immediate opening for an Financial Reporting Analyst or Manager.  Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, this position will: 1) assist in the preparation of external reporting to the Securities Exchange Commission including the 10-K and 10-Q’s with the primary focus on the financial statements and footnotes, 2) assist in the preparation of Reports on Form 8-K as needed, and 3) keep current on on-going developments in SEC regulations and FASB codifications for application in the quarterly and annual reporting requirements and prepare white-papers.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA and/or MBA a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of accounting experience in industry and/or public accounting.
  • 3 years of financial reporting experience.
  • Excellent theoretical accounting knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter, comfortable with all levels of management.
