Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced front desk receptionist to work at a law firm in Greensboro, NC.  Ideal candidates will have a background in office clerical work with an emphasis on project support. Candidates should have experience with switchboard, filing, customer support and  basic accounting.  This is a temp to hire opportunity with a great growing company.

Job Duties:

  • Answering multi line switchboard.

  • Assisting accounting with invoicing and general mailings.

  • Manage all incoming communications including email, phone and mail.

  • General administrative support including, filing, coordinating calendars, and updating reports.

  • Assisting customers with basic needs via telephone and email.

  • Schedule and reserve appropriate spaces for meetings.

  • Generate and product documentation for meetings.

  • Good attention to detail

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years office assistant experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling a switchboard.

  • Minimum of High School Diploma/ GED (Associates degree preferred)

  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

  • Front desk experince at a law firm preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to interact with a diverse customer basis and provide superior customer service.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
