HR Business Partner III (long-term contract)

 

Our client, an international corporation with headquarters in central NC has an immediate need for a long-term contract HRBP. 

 

Role Description: Secure implementation and communication of HR policies, directives and processes in the organization and ensure compliance /alignment. Provide HR operational support to managers on how to handle HR related issues.

·        Provide HR support to managers which will ensure that HR operations deliver the talent and performance necessary for achieving business goals.

·        Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, methodologies, and guidelines within the line organization or unit supported.

·        Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the use of the Company's Code of Conduct.

·        Develop an understanding of business objectives and practices; to provide effective coaching and consultation with the business. Secure the correct competence through recruitment, succession planning, talent management and well-defined workforce plans.

·        Promote the branding of Company as the employer of choice within defined segments.

·        Support the Company management with organizational development, employee engagement and the cultural journey. Facilitate managers‘ development according to leadership pipeline

·        Drive employee relations and workplace health & well being

·        Ensure that the organization complies with local labor legislations and applicable Company Group policies.

·        Facilitation of the HR processes for managers

·        Cooperation with other actors in the HR Service Delivery Model (SDM) in order to ensure an effective HR support for the business

·        Work closely with the HR network and support organizations to ensure compliance and appropriate resolutions Ensure compliance with all applicable regional labor laws, employment laws, and government regulations

·        Implement the worldwide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resource Management Represent Company in various HR networks.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years in HR, HR Process & Tools, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Coaching, Exit Management, Compensation & Benefits, Global HR Processes
  • Communication: Good verbal and written skills and experience/ability in Change Management
  • Consulting skills: Establishing a client relationship based on clear expectations and an agreement on deliverables
  • HR Controlling and Reporting: Ability to use HR data to establish reports and monitor policies and guidelines Teamwork: Ability to build relationships and networks in a matrix environment
  • Leadership: Understanding of interpersonal relationships and organizational behavior
  • Self-Managed - Proactive deliveries and follow through, requiring minimal supervision. licensure. Several years of relevant experience preferred but will consider recent graduates.
