Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a HR Payroll Administrator for our client in Greensboro, NC. We are seeking individuals that have previous experience answering payroll inquires in a shared service center environment.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for delivering HR support and administration to the payroll team
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering calls regarding to payroll
  • Responsible for managing cases and communicating with the payroll team as needed
  • Will respond to requests for verification of employment and unemployment claims
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 3+ years of payroll experience preferably in a shared service center environment
  • Must have knowledge of payroll practices, employment verification and unemployment claims
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide quality customer service to each employee
  • Detail oriented
  • MS Office knowledge
